Payment must be received in full before any items are despatched. All product prices, features and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Payment by 30 day account
To pay on invoice orders must be placed via fax or e mail. An account facility is only available to registered businesses with an acceptable credit rating, an application form must be completed and it can take up to two weeks for an account facility to be in place. Invoices will be sent with the delivered goods and must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or bacs payments. Non payment within 30 days will result in your account being put on stop and court action will be implemented to reclaim the debt.

Delivery and Postage Information.
We aim to deliver goods within 3 working days from ordering. If goods are out of stock we will send your order as soon as goods are available and we will contact you to inform you of the approximate day of delivery.
Carriage costs are £8.50 per parcel (not per item), although carriage costs are free on orders over the value of £150.00.
Next day delivery is available and the price can be confirmed at point of order.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are not time specific. A signature is required for all deliveries and goods cannot be left in the porch or front garden for example.
After two failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to us by the courier. Should this happen then you will be responsible for the associated delivery and return costs.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them.
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully insured courier service, within normal business hours. Damages or shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery; see our terms and conditions for a full explanation of procedure. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns.
Orders can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch with no charge. Orders cancelled after this time will be subject to carriage costs.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for full refund less any postage costs.
If you have ordered the wrong product, it will be at your expense to return these goods to us. They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resalable condition or you will be charged for the products.
Should you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge, however if they are found not to be damaged or defective you will be charged for those goods.
